The urban concept features two interconnected courtyards, creating green spaces and open corridors between buildings.
Buildings respond to the lake terrain, providing lake views. The layout includes two blocks consisting of 2 and 3 buildings each with landscaped courtyards, emphasizing security and wind protection. Rectangular buildings with flat roofs and large windows connect indoor and outdoor spaces, while entrances enhance recognition. The layout maximizes efficiency and navigation with central corridors connecting all apartments and optimizing shared spaces.
