Set along of Lake Jugla, the project introduces three six-story residential buildings arranged around two sheltered courtyards. The layout responds to the sloping terrain, offering lake views and integrating natural elements throughout.

Rectangular volumes with flat roofs and large windows connect indoor and outdoor spaces, while landscaped courtyards provide play areas, and quiet zones for residents of all ages. Clear entrances and efficient circulation ensure ease of use, and preserved greenery enhances the site’s natural character. The result is a compact, thoughtful residential development that balances urban living with nature.
