The layout of the main building volumes aligns with parcel boundaries and traffic flows. Public areas ensure easy pedestrian and vehicle access. The tower's location creates a spacious courtyard for a prominent entrance and shared public space.
The building comprises two volumes and a shared block with public spaces and parking. It harmoniously blends with the existing urban context while allowing for future development. Distinct volumes aid navigation and function recognition.
