Evaluating the surrounding building and the context of Mārupe existing spatial development we have developed a proposal in witch low-rise apartment buildings are mixed with semidetached houses, creating a diverse environment and preserving the Mārupe specific context.
Territory is planned as uniformed residential complex. Buildings are designed to maximize the sunlight. Patios with greenery, recreation areas and playgrounds are planned in-between buildings.
