The project reinterprets Narva’s lost pre-war architectural heritage through a contemporary approach that balances tradition with modern urban needs. The project aims to reintroduce human-scale, identity-rich architecture to a city largely shaped by Soviet-era urbanism.

Located at the intersection of Vestervalli and Hariduse streets, the site bridges two contrasting environments: a dense urban edge and a softer, park-like landscape. This duality is reflected in the architecture, where two distinct volumes - one clad in dark timber, the other in light grey. Emphasizing clarity, comfort, and livability, the design incorporates natural materials, modular timber construction, and passive energy solutions. The project embodies a forward-looking yet architecturally grounded vision for Narva - one that reintroduces depth, character, and a renewed sense of place.
