Located within the evolving Radošā rūpnīca Veldze in Riga, the project explores the relationship between industrial character, contemporary living, and public urban life. The proposal is shaped by human scale, spatial openness, and the interaction between active public edges and quieter inner courtyard spaces, creating a balanced and cohesive residential environment.

The building volumes and façades are designed with a restrained and clear architectural expression, allowing the historic industrial buildings to remain the dominant visual presence. Carefully articulated proportions, façade rhythms, and materiality reinterpret the atmosphere of the former industrial territory through a contemporary architectural language while respecting the site's existing identity.
