The project is surrounded by heterogeneous elements dating back from the 70's, near a busy crossroads on the outskirts of Valmiera. It consists of three buildings and a total of 95 apartments.
The apartment buildings are organized in order to fulfill the existing urban fabric, reacting to street scape and creating a green semipublic space in the middle of the plot.
Each building varies from one another in use of facade materials, colors and the design of elements giving an individuality and uniqueness.
