The concept of the building and the architectural solutions is based on the surrounding building principles, starting a new, modern building ensemble, guided by the boundaries of the plots, as well as referring to architectural details. The architectural image of the building - the gable roof is made in response to the silhouettes of the surrounding residential buildings, which is being reused using modern constructive and aesthetic solutions.
